MY "GET FAT" BODY TRANSFORMATION EXPERIMENT 2015
The reason behind me doing my latest body transformation picture is because I wanted to not only challenge myself, I also wanted to show people a more natural looking picture (which is why it's taken in my kitchen) as well as hopefully inspire people and show everyone how I am looking in 2015!
The "Get Fat" Body Transformation Task:
1) No training/exercise for 4 and a half months!
2) Neglect my nutrition and eat lots of junk foods and sugary foods/drinks, increase my carbs and reduce my protein intake.
3) Stop taking my Sci-MX protein shakes/supplements.
4)Take a 'Before' picture.
5) Start back some serious ass training!
6) Follow a strict healthy eating plan.
7) Start taking my Sci-MX protein shakes/supplements.
8) Take a 'After' picture.
The time span between my before and after picture is exactly 15 weeks and 6 days.
