OUTDOORS 1 2 1 TRAINING
1 on 1 training is the most effective training that you can do as the whole session is focused just on you, meaning you will get more out of the session and reach your goals faster.
If for whatever reason working out in the training gym or outdoors is not for you... it could be that you are tight for time or maybe you prefer the ease of having me come to train you in your home.

I am capable of working in small area's as well as big so don't think that you have to live in a mansion to get a good workout but obviously the more room that is available the better.
