GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

When it comes to training to improve your fitness I want to insure that you have as many options as possible to choose from so you can make the right choices.
If 1 on 1 training is not for you and you are a person who prefers to train with a partner, friend or in a group take a look at the great alternative ways to improve your fitness levels below!

Boot Camp is an excellent way to train if you like the social element that group fitness training brings. 
Boot Camp training takes place in local parks, it's for one hour and incorporates warm up, cardio vascular, muscle toning, muscular endurance and core strengthening using body weight exercises and the natural environment.
The session is finished off with a cool down and stretching.
Boot Camp is a fun way to workout and it is excellent for burning calories!
Boot Camp sessions are for a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 12 people.
If you have a group of friends that would like to do Boot Camp fitness feel free to bring them along!
Don't worry if you haven't got anyone to accompany you because you can still take part in Boot Camp fitness.
There will be a good friendly bunch of people taking part and you will be made to feel very welcome.

PARTNERS TRAINING

Partners Training is for you if working out with a partner or friend is what you are looking for.
Partners Training is possible when both people have a similar level of fitness and also want to achieve similar fitness goals.
There are many benefits that training with a partner/friend brings, it is not only cost effective it also
increases the fun element, your confidence and if you both are competitive it brings 
some good healthy competition!

CIRCUIT - FIT

Circuit - Fit is outdoors circuit training. 
It takes place in local parks and envolves working in a group doing all kinds of body weight exercises which are arranged at different marked out stations.  
Although Circuit - Fit envolves body weight exercises there will also be extra fitness equipment included in the workout, as well as other spontaneous surprise elements too. 
Circuit - Fit is for 1 hour, starting with a warm up, it is great for cardio vascular fitness, muscle toning, muscular strengthening, muscular endurance, core strengthening and burning calories.
The session is finished off with a cool down and stretching.
Circuit - Fit has a nice social element to it as we all work together as a team. 

There is great team spirit in the group meaning you will have fun and increase your fitness at the same time!
