I absolutely love porridge oats because it's not only super healthy for you and tasty, it also guarantees that when you hit the gym you will have loads of energy to put in an excellent workout and smash it!
Porridge oats provides many beneficial health benefits some of which include helping to lower cholesterol, reducing the risk of coronary heart disease and helping to lower blood pressure to name a few.
​The fact that porridge oats has a very low sugar content, trace salt, slow releasing carbohydrates and a good amount of protein compared to the majority of other breakfast cereals makes it a definite winner, you just can't go wrong!
