KETTLEBELLS TRAINING

This video shows Randa who is one of my clients performing the
exercise "Windmill" for 8 repetitions with perfect technique. The kettlebell windmill
is a total body functional exercise that targets the core muscles and also
works muscles of the upper and lower body. The muscles involved
are the abdominals, hamstrings, glutes, lower back, shoulders, triceps
and the upper back muscles.

Kettlebells range in weight from 2 pounds to over 100 pounds.
Kettlebells gives you a whole body conditioning workout because lifting a kettlebell and controlling it forces and requires the entire body especially the core to contract together building both strength and stability.
