What is TRX Training?
The TRX was developed by a US NAVY SEAL to keep in peak condition whilst away on missions.
It is called suspension training and it gives you a complete full body workout.
As it is of light weight it allows you to bring it any where, meaning you can train out doors in the
park by attaching it easily to a tree branch, as well as train at home.
TRX training allows you to develop, strength, flexibility, balance and core stability simultaneously.
As there are hundreds of exercises to learn you will never become bored and it is excellent for conditioning.
