   OUTDOORS 1 2 1 TRAINING

1 on 1 training is the most effective training that you can do as the whole session is focused just on you, meaning you will get more out of the session and reach your goals faster.

Add to that the element of the natural outdoors which in itself brings it's own types of challenges and you have a very effective and fun way to train.

I use various extra training equipment to add to what the natural outdoors has to offer making my workouts excellent to burn calories, improve 
cardio vascular fitness, muscle toning, muscular endurance, core strengthening and increasing muscular strength.

If for whatever reason working out in the training gym or outdoors is not for you... it could be that you are tight for time or maybe you prefer the ease of having me come to train you in your home.

My "Training in different environments" qualification means that I am able to adapt to any environment and design a program for you that will be effective, challenging and fun, that will get you the results that you strive for.
I am capable of working in small area's as well as big so don't think that you have to live in a mansion to get a good workout but obviously the more room that is available the better.

In the video below I am training one of my clients at her home on her roof terrace with the Reebok step and a kettlebell and we are training
for tone and weight loss.

Although gyms are good places for training and keeping fit not everyone is keen with them.
A large majority of people want to start a fitness routine but without the watching eyes or simply prefer privacy, therefore they choose to exercise in the comfort of their homes.
More and more people are also taking to outdoors training in parks preferring the natural outdoors feeling.
